Three days of annual meeting in Aberdeen Scotland has come to an end and the Smartfish project has started its third year – we are past the half way point in the project, and this is the stage at which the testing of the protoypes developed in WPs 1-5 are being activated.
The meeting started with the traditional WP presentations. We had some weather issues, so we missed some critical personell the first day, but this was ameliorated the next day when all flights had arrived safely and extra meetings were organized.
The meeting was organized by Marine Scotland and they did an excellent job with this – we were very happy with the location of the meeting and the facilities – as well as the amazing job of the people themselves!
We look forward to seeing everybody again for the fourth annual meeting in Lorient, France same time next year – hosted by Marport!
